The staff's warm welcome and the thoughtful touch of free umbrellas during our rainy stay made our experience memorable. The sky bar offered a nice atmosphere, though the drink prices felt steep.

Our room was spacious and had a lovely view of the garden, and the breakfast spread was one of the best we've experienced, keeping us fueled for our daily adventures.

It was just a prime choice for a quick break in Amsterdam with very good value for money. The room was beautiful with a huge bed and amazing views. Make sure to get tram tickets early. they save a lot of hassle.

While the hotel had great facilities, the shower overflowed frequently, which was quite inconvenient. However, the staff were accommodating and responsive to our needs during our stay.

The spa offerings like the luxurious massages and heated swimming pool were just what we needed after a day of exploring. Only downside was the restaurant's menu could use a little more flavor, but overall, we couldn't have asked for a better stay! 😊

The room size was perfect for a family with children, and the environmentally friendly initiatives, such as refillable bathroom items, were impressive. Enjoyed buttery croissants at breakfast, which added a nice touch. However, the carpet throughout the hotel could use an update, as it feels worn. Additionally, the cleanliness of the garden left much to be desired, as it was dirty during my evening visit and remained so the next morning. The distance from any transport stations is also a drawback.

The indoor pool was nice and the staff were very friendly. Tram access was super convenient, making it easy to explore the city.

Additionally, the location is a trek to the central attractions, with about a 20-minute tram ride. While the restaurant's ambiance is pleasant, the food fell short of expectations, particularly with bland and overly oily pasta dishes that don’t live up to a four-star rating.

While I could easily walk to the tram station and use it to reach the city center, the immediate surroundings felt a bit dull, lacking convenient shops or restaurants. Additionally, the lack of privacy in the bathroom—thanks to the glass door—was somewhat awkward. Overall, I had a great trip, but a more vibrant location and improved bathroom design would elevate the experience further.
